genkan™ Property On Request

This functionality has been created for users that have properties at REQUEST ONLY.
The assumption is that properties are at REQUEST ONLY mainly because the property owner manages the calendar and therefore has to confirm availability before the booking can proceed.

The Property on Request unique functionality in genkan fully automates the process so that the property owner in notified Property on requesty the REQUEST booking is made.

When the owner receives the e-mail they can by selecting the link either confirm or decline the booking.

By accepting the booking the mode of the booking in genkan will go from REQUEST to PENDING.
By declining the booking the mode of the booking in genkan will go from REQUEST to CANCELLED.
